Built an AI-powered RFQ system in Zoho Creator. It captures customer requests from email, creates structured RFQs, matches approved suppliers, and sends tailored requests automatically. If a supplier does not reply within the defined period, the system sends an automatic reminder. Zia AI extracts prices, quantities, currencies, lead times, and terms from supplier replies. It then compares offers item by item, recommends the best supplier for each part, flags shortages, and sends the result to a manager for approval.
