Internal Lead Announcer — a real-time notification system built for a real estate cold-calling agency. When a new lead comes in, it plays an audible alert and pushes a live update to the dashboard so the floor knows instantly. It's also wired into a Telegram bot that posts which agent and which campaign the lead belongs to, so the whole team stays in sync without anyone checking a screen. Built with Next.js on a serverless backend, Pusher for real-time sound triggers and live updates, and a MongoDB cluster for data.
