I built SkipScope, a real estate lead search and skip tracing platform for wholesalers, investors and agents to find verified property owner contact info at scale

built the frontend with next.js, focused on speed and a clean interface for handling large amounts of data

also built the data pipeline behind it, a python scraper that pulls public property and contact info, takes excel files as input, cleans and processes the data, then it gets reviewed with a separate tool before getting exported back to excel

features include bulk processing of property records, deep search to surface leads other providers miss, and different data views depending on the market (real estate, solar, roofing, home improvement)
