Soapy Shop Mobile App: Unified E-commerce Engineering Project Classification: Integrated Omnichannel E-commerce App. Technologies Used: Flutter, BLoC/Cubit, Firebase (FCM), Laravel (Unified API), MyFatoorah/Tap Integration. Challenge & Success Story: The challenge with large e-commerce apps isn't just displaying products—it's maintaining system stability under thousands of concurrent users. In the Soapy Shop project (executed in collaboration with Mohamed Hamed), we engineered a blazing-fast mobile app supporting both languages with a special focus on the Arabic (RTL) experience and Cairo font for readability. Real success translated into numbers: over 300,000 USD (90,000 KWD) in sales and 3,300+ customers in the first 6 months, with zero downtime during peak seasons. Added Value: We created a "zero-complexity management system." The app is connected in real-time to a unified admin dashboard that also manages the web platform. This reduced the brand's operational effort by 50%; products are added once and appear on both web and mobile simultaneously. We also transformed the app into a self-marketing tool by integrating gamification systems like the spin wheel and loyalty points, which doubled customer retention rates.
