Uber performance analysis in india 2024

I analyzed Uber’s performance in India for 2024 and developed an interactive Power BI dashboard to evaluate trip and driver performance. The analysis covers total trips, revenue, trip completion and cancellation rates, average trip cost, revenue by vehicle type and payment method, popular destinations, and monthly trip trends. It also examines driver performance, cancellation reasons, average driver ratings, and the impact of traffic levels on driver ratings.
