My Etisalat is an self care mobile application for one of the biggest telecom operator in Egypt (Etisalat). Through it you can manage your accounts, check your abalance, recharge credits, bill payment (e.g water & electricity & gas) via credit card, manage your complaints through the application , rate plan migration, view your top dialed numbers & top calls duration, also adjust call divert feature and much more.
I had worked on this app internally on Etisalat Mobile Team, and I was responsible for total revamp the application (Android & iOS) and monitor the app crashes and I had succeed to make a 99.8% session-free bugs on 125K/day active user, beside a lot of enhancement regarding the security & maintainability and automation.
Enhance the user experience and engagment using analytics data and push notifications also gamification that guide the user to surf through the application discovering the new features
