Designed and developed a mechanical escalator system using SolidWorks, covering the 3D modeling of major structural, drive, guiding, and linkage components. The project included the design of the main base structure, side frames, stair components, comb plates, tracks, gears, gear supports, shafts, connecting links, and supporting mechanical components.

Individual components were modeled as parametric SolidWorks parts and integrated into multiple assemblies to develop the complete escalator mechanism. Assembly relationships and mechanical interfaces were considered to ensure proper integration between the structural and moving components.

Engineering drawings were prepared for the main components, including dimensional information, material specifications, drawing scales, and manufacturing-oriented views. The final project documentation includes SolidWorks part and assembly files, engineering drawings, PDF documentation, and 3D model views.
