Oracle Fusion HCM Mass Data Operations, Performance & Goal Management

Managed and supported large-scale HCM data operations across multiple business areas, including mass Basic Salary, Merit Increase, Housing Allowance, and Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) uploads using Oracle Spreadsheet Loader.

Managed mass employee Goal assignments and Performance data, including Goal Plan administration, eligibility-based employee populations, bulk Goal uploads, employee/assignment-level Goal mapping, and validation of uploaded records.

Administered separate Goal Plans based on employee eligibility, including Fixed Goal Plan – 2026 for employees in Grade 13 and below, and Goal Plan 2026 for RL Grade 14 and above.

Performed Oracle HCM data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL across Goals, Goal Plans, Employees, Assignments, Organizations, Locations, and Performance-related tables. Investigated missing or inconsistent Goal assignments, employee mapping issues, and data quality exceptions.

Executed and monitored Oracle HCM scheduled processes and Schedule Assignments, including bulk updates and validation of successful data loads.

Worked extensively with Oracle Spreadsheet Loader templates, upload status, success/error records, failed-record analysis, data correction, and re-upload activities to ensure data integrity and successful HCM transactions.
