Executive Sales Dashboard — Power BI for 12-Branch Retail Chain

Built an interactive executive dashboard in Power BI for a retail chain operating 12 branches across Saudi Arabia. Dashboard tracks monthly revenue vs target, top product performance, branch-level breakdowns, average order value, and return rates — all connected to live data. Replaced 3 weekly manual reports and enabled instant decision-making for the operations team. Built using Power BI, DAX formulas, SQL data modeling, and Excel as the data source.
