The workflow automates the entire ordering process, from receiving customer requests through Telegram to notifying the restaurant manager, updating order status, and sending confirmation or cancellation emails automatically.

The goal is to reduce manual work, improve response time, and provide a seamless ordering experience for both customers and restaurant staff.

Workflow
