Event-Driven Analytics Platform for Real-Time Sports Data

Led the re-architecture of a monolithic analytics pipeline into an event-driven platform using Domain-Driven Design and event sourcing. Replaced tightly-coupled data flows with bounded contexts, durable event streams, and clean read-model projections — delivering auditable history, temporal replay, and clear separation between ingestion, analytics, and streaming. Built supporting Azure serverless ETL workflows for multi-tenant data integration at scale. Result: more accurate, reproducible analytics and a standard integration pattern adopted across teams.
