A luxury eCommerce business undertook a complex platform migration from Shopify to WooCommerce while maintaining business continuity and minimizing operational risk. The project required close coordination between developers, designers, SEO specialists, and stakeholders to ensure timelines, requirements, and quality standards were met. As the Project & Operations Manager, I led project planning, cross-functional coordination, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication, helping streamline execution and support a structured, well-managed migration process from planning through launch.
