Hotel Booking System API

• Built a secure REST API for hotel browsing, room management, booking workflows, and administrative dashboard statistics.

• Implemented JWT authentication, stateless Spring Security configuration, and role-based authorization for USER and ADMIN roles.

• Developed database-level room availability search by date range with optional city, hotel, and room-type filters.

• Enforced booking status transitions, cancellation rules, ownership checks, and date validation, with global exception handling, pagination, Swagger/OpenAPI documentation, and Docker Compose support.
