InDrive Ride & Performance Analytics Dashboard | Power BI

This project focuses on analyzing ride and operational data to gain insights into overall business performance and customer behavior.

I developed an interactive Power BI dashboard to analyze key performance indicators, ride trends, revenue, customer activity, driver performance, and operational metrics.

The data was cleaned and transformed before building meaningful visualizations and KPIs that make it easier to identify trends, monitor performance, and understand areas for improvement.

The dashboard includes interactive filters and visual reports designed to provide a clear overview of business performance and support data-driven decision-making.
