HR Analytics Dashboard | Employee Performance & Attrition Analysis

This project focuses on analyzing HR data to provide meaningful insights into employee performance, workforce trends, and employee attrition.

I developed an interactive HR Analytics Dashboard using Power BI to help decision-makers monitor key HR metrics, identify patterns, and understand the factors affecting employee retention and workforce performance.

The analysis covers key areas such as employee demographics, attrition rate, department performance, job roles, salary distribution, employee satisfaction, and workforce trends.

The dashboard was designed with interactive filters, KPI cards, and clear visualizations to make complex HR data easy to understand and support data-driven decision-making.
