Smart HR Attendance Analytics Module
Project Overview
Developed a custom attendance reporting module for Odoo 19 that automatically generates comprehensive daily attendance reports by analyzing employee attendance records, work schedules, departments, approved leaves, and working hours.
The module provides HR managers with an accurate overview of employee attendance without requiring manual calculations or spreadsheet processing.
The Problem
The default Odoo Attendance module records employee check-ins and check-outs but does not provide a complete daily attendance report that identifies:
Present employees
Late arrivals
Absent employees
Missing check-outs
Employees on leave
Weekly days off
HR departments often spend significant time preparing these reports manually.
