A comprehensive data analysis and business intelligence project built using Microsoft Excel. This project processes raw cafe transaction logs to extract key sales insights, customer preferences, and operational performance metrics through an interactive dashboard.

🚀 Project Overview

The project consists of three main stages:

Raw Data (index): Transaction records containing order timestamps, coffee types, payment methods (Card/Cash), and item pricing.

Analysis (Analysis): Pivot tables processing total orders, monthly trends, daily distributions, shift breakdowns, and payment method shares.

Interactive Dashboard (Dashboard): A visual control panel featuring KPI summary cards, charts (Most Popular Coffee, Orders by Month/Day/Shift, Payment Methods), and interactive slicers for deep data filtering.

Total Sales: 42,627.58

Total Orders: 1,313 orders across 8 item types.

Top Coffee: Americano With Milk and Latte are the best-selling beverages.

Payment Preference: 93.2% of transactions are paid via Card, while 6.8% are Cash.
