This project offers a fully automated industrial solution for sorting work pieces based
on their gray, green, and blue colors. Each colored work piece is fed into its designated path,
and at the end of each path, a robotic arm is used to pick up the work pieces. The system
integrates PLC control with sensory feedback and arm control to enhance production efficiency
and accuracy. Traditional control techniques were used, as well as TIA Portal software for logic
development and Factory IO for 3D simulation. The project also demonstrated a robust
"capture and place" architecture that reduces human intervention and material waste.
