This project presents a MATLAB implementation for simulating two fundamental concepts in semiconductor physics: the **Density of States (DOS)** and the **Fermi-Dirac distribution**.
The model calculates and visualizes the electronic density of available energy states alongside the probability of electron occupancy over a range of energy levels. The implementation is designed to provide accurate numerical results and clear scientific visualizations for educational and research purposes.
**Key features:**
* MATLAB implementation of Density of States (DOS)
* Fermi-Dirac distribution simulation
* Scientific plots with clear visualization
* Well-structured and documented MATLAB code
* Suitable for semiconductor physics education and research
This project demonstrates my ability to transform semiconductor physics concepts into efficient computational models using MATLAB.
