End-to-End Zoho Creator Sales Operations System

Designed and built an end-to-end operational workflow in Zoho Creator for a trading business, covering quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, internal controls, and Zoho Books integration. Created the business logic, user flow, permissions, and visibility structure needed to run daily operations more reliably. This delivered a more controlled and scalable system with clearer follow-up, reduced manual errors, and stronger process consistency.
