ONS – Call Management App

ONS (One Number Service) is a Flutter mobile application that helps businesses manage incoming customer calls through a centralized system. It's designed for businesses like clinics, restaurants, and service providers that need a reliable way to handle customer communication without missing important calls.

The application supports a multi-role system with three user types — Admin, Reseller, and Company — each with different permissions and dashboards tailored to their responsibilities within the platform.

As part of the development team, I contributed to building core features including automated response handling for non-working hours, call queue management, and call routing logic, in addition to implementing role-based access and UI flows for the different user types.

The app was built using Flutter with an MVVM architecture and GetX for state management, which kept the codebase clean, maintainable, and easy to scale as new features were added. I worked across the View and ViewModel layers, implementing reactive UI updates and handling communication with the business logic layer.
