SmartDist – Smart Distribution Platform

Designed and delivered an enterprise-grade distribution management platform consisting of multiple backend services, API Gateway, separate Admin and User portals, and a scalable production infrastructure.

The platform streamlines the complete distribution lifecycle including inventory management, warehouse operations, order processing, fulfillment, settlements, reporting, and synchronization with external services.

Key Contributions:

• Designed the backend architecture using ASP.NET Core and Minimal APIs.

• Built multiple REST APIs and API Gateway for service communication.

• Developed business workflows for inventory, orders, warehouse, shipping, and settlements.

• Configured production infrastructure on Linux using Nginx and systemd.

• Managed deployments, release versioning, rollback strategy, and production monitoring.

• Integrated Cloudflare protection, object storage, and external services.

• Led production troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system maintenance.
