Designed and developed a comprehensive healthcare analytics platform to support data-driven decision-making. The project included developing interactive Power BI dashboards for executive, operational, and analytical reporting.

The solution provides key healthcare KPIs such as patient admissions, readmission rates, average length of stay, bed occupancy, emergency visits, and disease trends. Data quality validation, business analysis, and actionable recommendations were delivered to improve hospital performance and support Saudi Vision 2030 healthcare transformation initiatives.
