DocChaser

DocChaser is an "invisible SaaS" that removes the most tedious part of closing a home loan: chasing borrowers for paperwork. Instead of forcing clients through yet another login portal, a broker builds a document checklist (from presets like Conventional, FHA, VA, or Refinance) and sends one secure link. The borrower snaps a photo or picks a PDF from their phone — no account, no password — and multiple photos auto-combine into a single clean PDF.

Every file streams directly into the broker's own Google Drive, organized per loan, using a narrowly-scoped permission that only ever touches files DocChaser creates. Borrower documents never touch DocChaser's servers. From there, an automated reminder engine sends a polite daily nudge (up to four times, listing only what's still outstanding), then hands the loan back to the broker — surfaced in a single dashboard "command center" that shows every loan, every missing document, and who to chase, with an alert the moment a file arrives.

I designed and built the entire product solo — product, full-stack engineering, billing, auth, and the scrollytelling marketing site.
