Bank Loan Analysis Dashboard | Power BI Project

Excited to share one of my latest Data Analysis projects!

In this project, I analyzed a bank loan dataset to understand the factors that influence loan approval and rejection, then built an interactive dashboard in Power BI.

📊 Tools Used:

- Python (Pandas)

📌 Key KPIs:

- Total Applications

- Approved Loans

- Rejected Loans

- Approval Rate

- Average Loan Amount

📈 Key Insights:

- Credit History is the strongest factor affecting loan approval.

- Applicants with a good credit history have a much higher approval rate.

- Higher loan amounts are associated with a lower approval rate.

- Property Area and Education also influence loan approval patterns.

💡 Business Recommendation:

Banks can improve approval rates by helping customers build a stronger credit history through financial education and credit awareness programs before applying for loans.
