🔍 In this project, I analyzed:

• Employee Attrition Rate

• Attrition by Department

• Monthly Income vs Attrition

• Age vs Attrition

• Years at Company vs Attrition

• Overtime and other employee-related factors

📌 Key Insights:

• Employees who left the company had a lower average monthly income.

• Employees who left were younger on average.

• Employees who left had fewer years at the company.

• Attrition patterns varied across departments.

💡 The goal of this analysis was not only to visualize the data, but to transform employee data into meaningful business insights that can support better HR decisions and employee retention strategies.
