BranchGuard

BranchGuard is a centralized multi-branch monitoring and management application designed to help businesses supervise branch operations, employee attendance, and POS sales from one platform.

The system provides role-based access, allowing administrators to manage and monitor all branches, while branch managers can access and synchronize data only for their assigned locations. It enables employees to securely check in and check out through branch-specific accounts, ensuring that attendance records are automatically linked to the correct department and location.

BranchGuard integrates with Odoo 17 to synchronize POS and branch data, monitor branch-opening times, detect late openings, and provide real-time dashboards, branch overviews, detailed activity history, and operational alerts. The application was developed using Flutter, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, JWT authentication, and Odoo XML-RPC integration.

The solution improves visibility across multiple locations, strengthens attendance control, reduces manual monitoring, and helps management respond quickly to operational issues.
