Cylinder Internal Combustion Engine

Designed and assembled a complete 4-stroke single-cylinder internal combustion engine using SolidWorks. The project involved creating detailed 3D models for each component, including the piston, connecting rod, crankshaft, camshaft, gears, valves, rocker arms, and push rods.

Applied accurate assembly mates to ensure proper component positioning and realistic mechanical motion. Created an Exploded View for better visualization of the assembly process and performed Motion Study to simulate the engine mechanism, verifying the synchronization between the crankshaft, camshaft, piston, and valve train.
