Ai model for predicting heart disease

A machine learning model for predicting heart disease with an accuracy of 88%, developed using scikit-learn, pandas, and Matplotlib. The project involved data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, and performance visualization. Multiple machine learning algorithms were tested and optimized to achieve reliable predictive performance.
