Project Description

Built an interactive HR Dashboard using Power BI to analyze employee demographics and attrition. The dashboard includes KPIs, filters, and visualizations to help identify turnover patterns and support HR decision-making.

Key Insights

Total Employees: 1,480

Employees Left: 238

Research & Development has the highest attrition (133 employees).

Single employees have the highest attrition (120).

Employees aged 26–35 are the most likely to leave.

Job Level 1 records the highest turnover.

Lower salary groups show higher attrition than higher salary groups.

Recommendation

Focus on improving retention in the Research & Development department by enhancing compensation, career growth opportunities, and employee engagement, especially for younger employees and lower job levels.
