Analyzed 1,470 IBM employee records to identify the strongest predictors of attrition. Found that overtime triples churn risk (30.5% vs 10.4%) and Sales Representatives face the highest turnover (39.8%). Built with Python (EDA, visualizations) and a 4-page Power BI dashboard with actionable retention strategies.
