Automated Bottling Line — Siemens S7-300 PLC

A fully physical 4-station automated bottling line (Mixing, Filling, Capping, Sorting) built and programmed from scratch. Programmed entirely in SCL on Siemens S7-300 using TIA Portal, following ISA-88 standards for function block structure. Integrated IIoT connectivity via MQTT for remote monitoring.
