BIM COORDINATOR & Draftsman

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERTISE

▸ Coordination & Clash Detection — Reviewing compiled models using Navisworks and Revit to identify and resolve interdisciplinary clashes before implementation.

▸ BIM Model Management — Regularly updating, merging, and validating digital models to ensure all teams work with the latest federated version.

▸ BEP Preparation & Implementation — Developing BIM Execution Plans and ensuring teams adhere to them throughout the project lifecycle.

▸ Common Data Environment (CDE) Management — Ensuring information and data are managed correctly across shared platforms (BIM 360 / ACC) for easy and secure access.

▸ Quality Control (QA/QC) — Validating data and models for accuracy and compliance with project standards, BEP, and contractual requirements.

▸ Technical Communication — Holding regular coordination meetings with design and construction teams to resolve technical issues.
