I designed and developed a Smart Delivery Safe Box that provides a secure and intelligent solution for parcel deliveries. The system allows users to unlock the safe box using multiple authentication methods, including a mobile application, fingerprint recognition, PIN code, RFID card, and remote unlocking from anywhere in the world.

The box is designed to support secure deliveries by generating a one-time password (OTP) that can be shared with a delivery driver. The driver enters the OTP to unlock the box, places the parcel inside, and securely locks it again, ensuring that deliveries remain protected even when the owner is away.

This project was completed entirely by me, including the embedded programming, PCB/circuit design, 3D CAD modeling, 3D printing, hardware integration, and system testing. I also developed the communication between the device, cloud server, and mobile application, enabling real-time monitoring and remote control. Users can view the lock status, monitor system parameters, receive updates, and manage access directly from the mobile app.

This project significantly strengthened my expertise in IoT systems, embedded systems, cloud connectivity, mobile integration, electronics design, and product development, while providing valuable hands-on experience in developing a complete smart connected device from concept to final prototype.
