NotesKeeper RESTful API

A secure note-management API built on ASP.NET Core 10 with Clean Architecture and a dependency-free Core domain that keeps business logic framework-agnostic. Uses EF Core SaveChanges interceptors, soft-delete tracking, and global query filters for consistent persistence behavior. Security is enforced through custom JWT authentication, refresh token rotation, and resource-level authorization so users only access their own data. HTTP lifecycle is covered by xUnit, Moq, and WebApplicationFactory tests without a live database.
