DealNBuild Platform Planning, UX Research & Project Documentation

I worked on the planning and documentation phase for DealNBuild, a B2B platform designed for construction and contracting-related products and services.

My work included preparing the project brief, defining the platform scope, organizing the main website features, and mapping the required services such as product browsing, vendor management, order flow, quotation requests, filtering, search, and pricing options.

I also contributed to the UX research and strategy phase by creating user type mapping, user flow diagrams, feature tables, competitor/SWOT analysis, and a project timeline to organize responsibilities between the account, design, content, and technical teams.

This helped create a clear structure for the platform before design and development, making the workflow easier to understand and implement.
