Flight Delay Analysis

Flight Delay Analysis — Analyzed 544,003 U.S. domestic flights (BTS dataset, 2026 Q1) to identify what drives arrival delays. Found that departure delay is the strongest predictor of arrival delay, late-evening flights carry the highest risk, and delays compound throughout the day due to late-aircraft propagation — with significant variation across carriers.
