Crew Link is a digital hiring platform designed to connect offshore and onshore crew members with companies through one organized system.

The project includes a mobile app for crew members to register, upload certificates, update availability, and receive job offers, along with a client web portal that allows companies to create job requests, review candidates, schedule interviews, and approve hiring decisions.

The main goal was to replace scattered WhatsApp messages and phone calls with a faster, clearer, and more user-friendly hiring experience that simplifies communication, improves candidate management, and helps companies make hiring decisions more efficiently.
