Workforce Overview: Displays total employee count (1.47K) with a precise demographic breakdown of gender distribution.

Career Progression: Automated tracking of employees due for promotion versus those not due, based on predefined tenure and performance criteria.

Retention & Attrition: Comparative analysis of active employees (On Service) versus departing staff (Retrenched) to monitor turnover rates.

Structural Analysis: Visual distribution of the workforce by years of service and job levels to provide a clear view of the corporate hierarchy.

Commute Impact: Breakdown of employees' commute distances (Distance Status) to study potential impacts on retention, punctuality, and work-life balance.

Technical Skills & Methodologies Applied

Data Modeling & Cleaning: Structured and cleaned raw HR data sets, establishing accurate relationships between tables to ensure flawless reporting.

Advanced DAX: Authored custom Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) to create dynamic measures and calculate complex KPIs.

UI/UX & Data Storytelling: Implemented a clean, minimalist visual aesthetic that highlights critical numbers and trends without visual clutter.

Interactive Visualizations: Integrated dynamic slicers (Department, Gender, Retrenchment Status, and Distance) enabling stakeholders to drill down into specific, customized reports instantly.
