What This System Does

AttendIQ is a secure, single-admin web application for managing daily employee attendance across multiple

company branches. The admin logs in, selects a branch, department, and shift, marks attendance for that

specific group, submits it, and repeats for other departments. The system stores all records and generates

30-day reports per department exportable as Excel or PDF.

System Constraints & Requirements

• 750 employees across 1–5 branches

• Single admin user — no multi-user roles needed

• Manual attendance marking (no biometrics or QR)

• Attendance submitted per Department + Shift + Date (one batch)

• Editable until end of day — locked at midnight automatically

• 30-day reports per department with present / absent / late / extra time

• Export in both Excel (.xlsx) and PDF formats
