Developed a web-based ATS system that automates resume screening using AI. The platform allows candidates to upload resumes and apply for jobs, while enabling recruiters to analyze resumes, manage job profiles, and evaluate candidates efficiently.

Implemented AI-based resume analysis to extract skills, calculate matching scores, and provide structured insights. Integrated background processing using Celery and Redis to handle tasks asynchronously.

Built with React for the frontend and Flask for the backend, with Docker used for containerization and deployment.
