تصميم فيلا بمساحة 100 م² بسقف مائل، يشمل التصميم الداخلي والخارجي. يتضمن البرنامج الوظيفي غرفتي نوم ماستر، وتراس واسع في الطابق الأول موجّه نحو الإطلالات الطبيعية المحيطة، بالإضافة إلى شرفة في الطابق الأرضي بجانب منطقة الطعام، مما يتيح تجربة معيشة مرنة تجمع بين الداخل والخارج وتسمح بتناول الطعام في الهواء الطلق.

تم تطوير التصميم بشكل شامل بدءًا من الدراسات المفاهيمية الأولية وصولاً إلى تفاصيل التنفيذ المعمارية الدقيقة، مع ضمان الترابط بين الفكرة المعمارية والتنظيم الفراغي والتطبيق الفني.

Design of a 100 m² villa featuring a sloped roof, encompassing both interior and exterior architecture. The program includes two master bedrooms, a generous first-floor terrace oriented toward the surrounding scenic views, and a ground-floor porch adjacent to the dining area, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor dining experiences. The design was developed comprehensively from initial conceptual studies through to detailed construction documentation, ensuring continuity between architectural intent, spatial organization, and technical execution.
