Developed an interactive HR Analytics Dashboard using Tableau to analyze workforce performance, employee demographics, and attrition trends.

The dashboard tracks key HR metrics including employee count, active employees, attrition rate, job satisfaction, age distribution, education levels, and marital status. Interactive visualizations and filters were used to uncover workforce patterns and support data-driven HR decision-making.
