The project involved analyzing a large-scale dataset from a major American hospital to uncover patterns related to patient flow, waiting times, service demand, peak reception hours, referral sources, and demographic behavior.
My responsibilities included:
• Leading and coordinating the project team workflow
• Managing data cleaning and preprocessing pipelines
• Performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) using Python
• Building analytical scripts with Pandas and NumPy
• Supervising Power BI dashboard design and visualization quality
The final interactive dashboard enabled healthcare teams to:
