Woodpecker – Dental Equipment E-commerce Website
A UI/UX design and development project for an official e-commerce store specializing in professional dental equipment, specifically curing lights, scalers, and endo motors backed by an official warranty. The primary objective was to build a trustworthy, intuitive, and high-performance B2B/B2C platform that streamlines the equipment procurement process for dental clinics and practicing professionals.
UI/UX & Structural Highlights:
Visual Trust & Cleanliness: The interface adopts a clean, professional "medical" color palette—utilizing white, precise grays, and deep clinical blues as accent tones. This visual choice underscores sterility, high technology, and product authenticity.
Information Architecture: The homepage immediately highlights the core USP: the official warranty and original manufacturer backing. The store’s catalog is seamlessly segmented into key categories (curing lights, scalers, endo motors). Product cards are designed with high scannability in mind, allowing technical specifications and pricing to be ingested instantly.
Conversion-Oriented Flow: The interface features specialized product filtering, comprehensive technical spec sheets, and high-visibility inquiry forms, catering perfectly to the high-ticket medical hardware niche.
Technical Execution (Figma & Tilda):
UI Prototyping (Figma): The user interface was entirely wireframed and designed in Figma adhering to strict grid systems and Auto Layout parameters. A local library of components was established for interactive buttons, product cards, and navigation bars. Layers are meticulously organized by structural blocks.
Responsiveness & Adaptation: Heavy focus was placed on responsive UI layout logic. The digital storefront is fully optimized to retain its clean alignment, readability, and aspect ratios across all breakpoints—from wide desktop setups to tablets and mobile viewports.
