My responsibility in this project was to successfully complete all sourcing and procurement tasks in accordance with work procedures, beginning with the data collection, followed by careful selection of suppliers and products that offered the best value and quality and a commitment to all engineering aspects and on-time delivery to the construction site.

I created a comparison sheet after receiving offers to compare offers technically and financially. The comparison sheet should contain at least three suppliers. I thoroughly reviewed bids and ensured that equipment met specifications, standards, and local regulations, for example, the standards of NFPA and the civil defense.

I conduct more than two rounds of negotiations for each package to obtain rock-bottom prices and terms, as well as the best savings rate based on budget. As a result, I sent submittals to the consultant for approval. I responded to all of the consultant's comments, and I coordinated meetings between the consultant and the supplier to address all technical concerns and obtain final approval on submittals.

The ERP software I used is SAP GUI software. I used it proficiently.

I used it for transferring materials, issuing POs, checking budgets, and tracking payments. Furthermore, I remained involved in the commissioning test even after the delivery of the materials until the handover was complete. I tracked all POs, from the manufacturing of material until delivery and the release of payment to suppliers.
