بناءً على الصلاحيات المخولة لنا قانوناً، ولما تقتضيه مصلحة العمل وضمان سيرورته بانتظام واطراد، تقرر تشكيل لجنة فنية وإدارية تتولى مراجعة وتدقيق كافة الأصول والالتزامات المالية للشركة عن الربع السنوي المنصرم، على أن ترفع اللجنة تقريرها الختامي والتوصيات في موعد أقصاه عشرة أيام من تاريخه.

Pursuant to the authorities legally vested in us, and as required by the business interest to ensure its regular and steady workflow, it has been decided to constitute a technical and administrative committee tasked with reviewing and auditing all of the company’s financial assets and liabilities for the elapsed quarter, provided that the committee submits its final report and recommendations within a maximum period of ten days from the date hereof.
