I designed and developed an automated color sorting conveyor system as part of a Machine Design project. The system combines mechanical design, power transmission, and automation using a conveyor belt, gear motor, shafts, bearings, and a servo-actuated sorting mechanism. I worked on mechanical calculations, shaft and key design, component selection, and creating a functional and efficient industrial-style prototype using engineering design principles.
