Eliminated 10+ hours of manual data entry per week by engineering a fully automated reporting pipeline from scratch.

The Architecture:

Extraction (Python): Developed custom scripts to parse and clean unstructured data from thousands of raw PDF evaluations.

Warehousing (PostgreSQL): Designed a centralized database using a dimensional model to store the cleaned data efficiently.

Visualization (Power BI): Built an interactive dashboard connected directly to the database for real-time KPI and MoM performance tracking.
