HVAC Load Analysis & Duct Design: Call Center (15.4 Tons) Kuwait

Designed a complete HVAC system for a 2873 sq. ft. call center in Kuwait. Using HAP 4.90, I calculated a cooling load of 15.4 Tons and 6575 CFM to maintain comfort for 89 occupants. I selected an SKM 52022 Package Unit with 617 CFM of fresh air ventilation. I also performed full psychrometric analysis for peak August conditions (117°F DB). Delivered professional AutoCAD layouts for the duct network and air terminal devices, ensuring optimal air distribution and energy efficiency.
